Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, or UPS, depending on destination.
Tracking Number: A tracking number is provided with every order so you can follow your package from our shop to your doorstep.
Estimated Delivery: Canada & USA: 3–7 business days after dispatch. International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and location.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.
Exclusions: Custom sizes, Body Jewelry and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
