  • We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged

    Returns and exchange details

    30 Days Return/Exchange/Ring Resizing Policy

    • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • All returns/exchanges/ring resizings must include a valid tracking number. Return shipments without a valid tracking number are ineligible for a refund/exchange/ring resizing.
    • No returns/exchanges/ring resizing will be accepted after 30 days.

    Customer assumes full responsibility for shipping, this includes all shipping costs. We recommend US customers return ship with First Class USPS and add insurance if possible. 

    Returns will be processed as follows: 

    1. Customer initiates return: send a message through our website to request a return authorization.
    2. Aubare will authorize return request. 
    3. Aubare will provide the customer with an un-paid mailing label. 
    4. Customer returns item(s) and provides the tracking number for the return package. 
    5. Refund (excluding shipping) is issued after tracking status updates to "Delivered" and the contents of the package have been inspected. 

    Exchanges will be processed as follows: 

    1. Customer initiates return: send a message through our website to request a return authorization.
    2. Aubare will authorize return request. 
    3. Aubare will provide the customer with an un-paid mailing label. 
    4. Customer returns item(s) and provides the tracking number for the return package. 
    5. Refund (excluding shipping) is issued after tracking status updates to "Delivered" and the contents of the package have been inspected. 
    6. Customer makes new purchase. 
    7. New item(s) is shipped with the same mail and shipping service as original purchase. 

    Exchanges exceeding two shipments will result in the customer being held responsible for additional return shipping costs of $7 USD per shipment thereafter. 


    Ring Resizings

    **only applicable for Wedding Bands and will be processed as follows:

    1. Customer initiates resizing by requesting return address from Aubare 
    2. Aubare will provide the customer with return address. 
    3. Customer returns item(s). Customer assumes full responsibility for shipping; this includes all shipping costs. Customer must provide a valid tracking number. Customer assumes all risks when return shipping item(s). 
    4. Customer pays for USPS Priority Shipping by purchasing private listing valued at $10 USD for all shipments with the USA. International pricing will vary. 
    5. Resizing is completed by Aubare within 1-3 business days upon receiving item(s). 
    6. New item(s) is shipped with USPS Priority Shipping for all shipments within USA. International shipments are shipped the same mail and shipping service as original purchase. 

    Custom orders may not be eligible for ring resizing. Maximum 1 ring resizing per item.
